Do you want to make use of your insurance and file a case?
You can report for unemployment or disability through our online claims portal. When you use our claims portal, you ensure case processing as quickly as possible. Here you also have the opportunity to upload additional documentation and follow your case on an ongoing basis.
How your case proceeds
1. Create a user on our claims portal.
2. Report a claim via our claims portal and upload the relevant documentation.
3. Once we have received your claim and relevant documentation, we will make a decision in your case within 10 working days. Should we need further information, we will contact you.
4. If your claim is acknowledged, you will receive a letter with information about the compensation amount, to whom the payment is made, and what date the payment is transferred. At the same time, you will get information about the further progress of your claim.
5. If your case is rejected, we will send a letter with a detailed explanation of our decision.

For any other type of claim, please find the appropriate claim form below, fill it out and send it in by post. Once received, along with all relevant documentation, we will process and reply with a decision within 10 working days. Contact information can be found below.

We always strive to provide excellent customer service. If there is anything that you are not satisfied with, please feel free to contact us. We take all complaints from our customers very seriously.
If you are dissatisfied with a decision in your case, please follow the appeal process as stated in your rejection letter. Please get back to you with:
- A clear description of what your concern/complaint is.
- Information about what you want us to do.
- Any new documentation for reassessment of case.
If you are not satisfied with the decision on your complaint, you can refer the matter to the Ankenævnet at www.ankeforsikring.dk/.
